Aberdeenshire Local Plan - Developer Contributions
To help deliver planning gain effectively, Aberdeenshire Council's Local Plan includes a detailed policy on the developer contributions that will be sought through planning agreements relating to new development. The policy covers public services, facilities and infrastructure, including provision of new or extended schools, libraries, open space and sports facilities. The policy sets out what would be required for different types of development. It also outlines what facilities are required in local settlements. A copy of the policy follows, highlighting the facilities that will be required in the settlements in the Banff area.
