Conclusion
The challenge, according to the strategy, was to turn words into action. Across Scotland people have been working hard to do just that. Progress is being made, the strategy is being implemented and is underpinned by the principles of respect and responsibility. Challenges remain but we have started on the journey and look forward to making more progress in the year ahead.
