NEXT STEPS
The Scottish Executive Freedom of Information Unit has now completed the summary of views expressed in the consultation exercise. This report, and the more detailed examples provided in the responses, will now form part of the evidence base on which Ministerial decisions will be based as they take forward the review of the first year of the Act being in force.
