We wish to thank everyone in Dumfries and Galloway who assisted us during the inspection. We are grateful to all those who took the time to complete and send us the questionnaires we sent out as part of the inspection process. We received a warm welcome from everyone we met during the fieldwork phase of the inspection - staff, stakeholders, people who use services, and their carers - who invariably gave of their time graciously, and responded to our many questions in an open and constructive manner.
