REPORT OF THE NEIGHBOUR NOTIFICATION WORKING GROUP
In July 2004 the Scottish Executive convened a Working Group to discuss the detailed issues involved in implementing the new system of neighbour notification that will operate in relation to development planning, development management, and enforcement.
A report containing the conclusions and recommendations of the Neighbour Notification Working Group is attached for information. This report will assist Scottish Ministers in preparing secondary legislation, guidance and advice, to give effect to the proposed changes in the way that neighbour notification is carried out.
