Local Authorities | 6 Local Authorities were contacted. 5 of the 6 represented areas that were considered to be relevant local employment markets. The sixth was included to provide a balance in terms of the type of area covered, i.e., predominantly rural as opposed to urban. |

All were considered to be relevant in terms of comparable job types and functions. 5 Further Education Colleges were contacted.
