National Training Framework for Care Management Training and Resource Pack, March 2006
The Joint Future Unit website provides a resource for partnership areas to access in terms of current developments, policy and practice in a range of areas. The section on care management will include the training framework and resources developed to support the implementation arrangements for care management.
The Single Shared Assessment Leads ( SSA Leads) have provided the following resources to share on the website. The contact details for the SSA Leads have also been provided.
