KEY POINTS

If you are claiming for:

• The Single Farm Payment Scheme ( SFPS);
• The Scottish Beef Calf Scheme ( SBCS);
• Energy Crop Scheme ( ECS);
• Protein Crop Premium ( PCP);
• Nuts Aid Scheme ( NAS); and/or
• Land Management Contract Menu Scheme ( LMCMS).

which are dependent on the submission of a SAF:

• Complete the relevant sections of the SAF to establish and activate your SFPS entitlements by 15 May 2006.
• Ensure the completed SAF is received by your SEERAD Area Office on or before 15 May 2006.
• If claiming LMCMS, complete and submit your separate LMCMS(2) application by 15 May 2006.
• If claiming SBCS, complete and submit your separate SBCS claim form(s). You can claim for SBCS at any time between 1 January and 31 December 2006.
