Give effect to the possible lifting of the EU ban on the export of live bovines and bovine products from the UK; and
implement consequential changes to the rules for the removal of bovine vertebral column and other controls on bovine Specified Risk Materials.
This consultation is to gather comments on draft Regulations which set out the form in which a Path Order made under section 22 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 shall be set out, and also on the draft form for the associated Notice to the land owner to be issued under Schedule 1 of the Act. The Path Orders Regulations require to be laid before Parliament and will be subject to negative SSI procedures. The notice to the land owner is non-statutory.
