Currently, SRO output can only be contracted by or sold to the two Scottish successor supply companies. We will seek views on changing these arrangements to allow a full auction of SRO output by a neutral third party. The consultation will also seek views on changes to the Fossil Fuel Levy Regulations (Scotland) 1996. |
