17.31 As indicated above, the consultation process received responses from a broad range of individuals and organisations from all parts of Scotland (and a few from outwith Scotland). Table 1 shows the breakdown of responses by respondent group and that the majority of responses (just under three-quarters) were received from individuals rather than organisations. A description of the different respondent groups is provided below.
