A report summarising the responses received to the written consultation on the Summary Justice Review Committee Report will be made available here as soon as possible. A hard copy of that report will be sent to all those who submitted a response to the consultation exercise. Anyone wishing to consider individual written responses should be aware that all responses (with the exception of those where confidentiality has been requested) are available to the public in the Scottish Executive Library.
