Devolved Powers in the draft UK Gambling Bill
Gambling policy is largely reserved but a limited amount of powers are devolved to Scottish Ministers. A draft Gambling Bill was published in November 2003, and the Scottish Executive has now published a short supplementary paper covering the proposed devolved powers for the Bill.
