Please note that these Regulations apply not only to public sector organisations but also apply to some private sector bodies for example, if they form part of a partnership under a Public, Private Partnership agreement through the (PPP) initiative.
Public sector organisations should therefore bring these Regulations to the attention of any private sector body before entering into any partnership or business agreement.
