Conclusion - Why does this piece of work merit an Award?
The renovation of Sebay Mill is an exemplary achievement. The former mill and surrounding landscape has been transformed to the highest standards, whilst remaining in keeping with its original form. It has regenerated the area by providing employment and bringing in more visitors. It has transformed a blot on the landscape into a feature of which the local community and Orknet as a whole can be very proud.
