• The draft revised version of NPPG3: Planning for Housing was issued for consultation on 4 March 2002
• This digest has been prepared by the Scottish Executive to help reference to the spread of detailed responses received.
• Our aim has been to reproduce the essence of comments fairly, grouping the material to allow cross-reference between the views of different consultees.
• Inevitably, views on some issues may be dispersed across more than one section.
