(2) Nursing Homes: The number of homes where returns have not been made are as follows (equivalent figures for earlier years is not available):- 1997 - 30, 1998 - 15, 1999 - 30, 2000 - 30, 2001 - 50, 2002 - 54 (of which 31 were estimated, for the first time using 2001 data)
