3 The Perspectives Database (developed by ORC International contains data for over 150 organisations, and is broken down into different industry specific sectors. The Scottish Executive is compared against the Government average, which includes organisations such as the DETR, DTI, DASA and the Cabinet Office.

4 This analysis explored whether there was a relationship the way individuals responded to the overall question ' I feel that pressure I experience at work is reasonable' and the way they answered other questions in the survey.
