Please explain how your project will meet the criteria for the RCF by helping to "close the opportunity gap by developing sustainable services that are accessible to those living in rural areas".

Please demonstrate, if appropriate, that you have taken into consideration the environmental impact of the project.
Section 8 - Target area and client group, aims and objectives |
Define your target area, summarising the economic, social and environmental characteristics of the area and the key challenges facing the area and explain how your project is additional to existing provision.
Please state your overarching objectives and specific targets in relation to these objectives for the period for which funding is requested. These should be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-related). An example is provided below.
