Man absconds from psychiatric hospital

Mr Norman McGovern, a restricted patient, has absconded from the grounds of Dykebar Hospital, Paisley. He is 39, 6ft tall, well-built and with mid-brown hair. When last seen he was wearing a dark-blue short jacket and dark-blue jeans.
Doctors are concerned about his personal safety. He is not thought to be a serious risk to the public but his behaviour might be unpredictable and members of the public are advised not to approach him. The police are actively trying to trace Mr McGovern. If any member of the public sees this man they are advised to let the police or the hospital know as soon as possible.
