Scottish police forces - Annual performance review

ISSUED ON BEHALF OF HER MAJESTY'S INSPECTORATE OF CONSTABULARY
The performance of Scotland's Police Forces has been examined by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary. Annual Performance Reviews (APR) have been produced for each force.
The APRs present a range of data gathered by forces which reflect aspects of performance over time. Areas covered include
- crime
- road policing
- complaints
- human resources
The reports provide trends, comparisons and observations on each of the forces.
The APRs for each of the eight Scottish Police Forces are now available on the HMIC website at www.scotland.gov.uk/hmic .
