Following the publication of its first report on 27 June 2011, the Review Group formulated a series of questions on which it invited public comment.
The Review Group received 15 responses to this consultation. 14 of the respondents were happy to be named and have their responses published. 1 respondent was happy to have their response published but wished to remain anonymous. The consultation period closed on 12 August 2011.
Not every respondent answered every question and several respondents offered additional comment outwith the specific questions posed by the Review Group. The consultation responses published below are in the order they were received and unaltered other than that they may have been re-formatted for web publication purposes.
