Stella Manzie, Director General Justice and Communities
Stella Manzie is the Director General for Justice and Communities. Ms Manzie joined the Scottish Government in August 2008 as Director General for Finance and Corporate Services and held this post until January 2010. Previously she was Chief Executive with Coventry City Council from 2001. She was Chief Executive of West Berkshire Council from 1997 to 2001, Chief Executive of Redditch Borough Council from 1992 to 1997 and Management Consultant at PriceWaterhouse from 1988 to 1992.
Prior to that, she worked at Birmingham City Council, the Society of Local Authority Chief Executives and the Association of County Councils.
