In December 2010 the Commission issued a Call for Evidence to seek views from individuals and organisations. From this we received over 200 written responses. A full list of all the respondents can be found in Annex D of the report.
This page contains the original Call for Evidence and a set of zipped files, each one of which contains around 30 written submissions, grouped alphabetically.
The zipped files are designed to make it easier for you to save and/or print copies of a number of different submissions at one time, rather than having to open, save and print each one individually.
To print from a zipped file, double click on the file, then extract all files to a folder (the software should automatically create one for you). In the new folder, highlight/select any of the submissions you may wish to open, save or print. To print, right click and press "print" (this will print all the submissions you have highlighted).
