Legislation priorities for 2008-09

  • Introduce a Rural Schools Bill
  • Introduce an Amendment Bill to improve and further strengthen provisions for young people with additional support needs
  • Consult on the details of the reform of the the Children's Hearings system and then develop and bring forward a Children's Hearings Bill.
