From 2009 we will publish on a quarterly basis statistics on our performance. Before 2009 only annual reports are normally available.
Request Summaries
A list of the requests made to the Scottish Government, broken down by year, is available below. This includes a summary of each question asked and the outcome. It should be noted that the names of private individuals and their addresses have been removed as they constitute the personal data of a third party and disclosure would contravene one or more of the data protection principles. As such, they are exempt under section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, Personal information, and replaced with [name] & [address].
Information released in response to requests, which is considered to be of a wider public interest, is published on the relevant topic page on the SG website, with a link in the Recent Disclosures page.
