Future Meetings of SPIF

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA) and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations (EISRs) entitle the public with a legal right to request information from Scottish public authorities.

The Scottish Public Information Forum (SPIF) consists of representatives of users of the Act and public authorities and is a virtual forum which meets on an ad hoc basis for discussion and to share experience and good practice.

Details of any future meetings, which are open to the public to observe, will be announced on this page. If you are interested about the work of the forum or about how FOISA and EISRs are working in Scotland please email foi@scotland.gsi.gov.uk or telephone 0131 244 5148.
