Our over-arching outcome is to ensure that where care is needed it is of high quality and is provided in a timely, efficient and effective way as close to home or a homely setting as possible.

Key responsibilities

  • Primary Care Services including GPs, optometry, NHS24, SAS, and out of hours.
  • Dentistry in primary and secondary sectors
  • Mental health services, restricted patients and mental health improvement
  • Social Care Services for Adults and support for Carers
  • Improving joint working and integration of health and social care
