To consider and comment on the Draft Legacy Proposal and the final Legacy Plan prior to publication; to agree a work programme to ensure that the Scottish Government's commitments in the legacy plan are met; to monitor progress against the work programme and make decisions on any corrective action required to put the programme back on track; and report bi-annually to Cabinet.
