Remit
To scope a work programme to ensure that the Executive's commitments on children and young people, particularly as set out in the partnership agreement, are met; to set objectives and targets for the work programme; to commission an official to take the work programme forward, drawing on a team from across the Executive; and to report annually to the Cabinet.
